In person

The Tacchi-Morris Box Office is open from Monday to Friday from 10am until 4pm and from 6.30pm until curtain-up on performance nights. On non-performance nights the box office closes at 7.30pm.

The box office accepts all major credit cards. Please note there is a service charge of 50p for credit card transactions.

Cheques should be made payable to the Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre and accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.

Tickets may be reserved pending payment and will be held for 3 days. For reservations made within three days of the performance, tickets will be held until 30 minutes prior to curtain-up.

Concessions

There is a reduction on ticket prices for senior citizens, children under 16 years, students in full-time education and those in receipt of state benefits.

Groups: we offer 1 free ticket in every 10 purchased for most performances - please ask when booking.

Wheelchair positions are available for every performance. Carers (if needed) will be free of charge.

Refunds - Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled by the Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre.
